Cedelia Felton, Certified Instructor for CARH's property management course, teaches the program's first training (which will lead candidates to their RAHP Certification) at the Summit Inn at Snoqualmie Pass, WA in 1999.

  

Students get into "role-playing" as a part of the course held in Wenatchee, Washington in March, 2001.  Certified instructor, Karen Crosta, taught the course.
