In 1999, the National CARH organization began offering individuals the opportunity to earn their RAHP – the Rural Affordable Housing Professional designation!  In order to qualify, you must earn a total of 150 certification points as follows:

This course is step one in your quest to earn your RAHP designation.  It’s a two-day, hands-on apartment management course covering the following areas (among others): 

Note that the BAM Course is an apartment management course, and is applicable to USDA/RD, Tax Credit, HUD subsidized and market rate properties.  You will learn practical, useful information - usually not included in regulation training courses - on how to effectively and efficiently operate an apartment project.

Volume discount:  5 or more registrants from the same company?  Reduce the basic registration fee by $50 per person (pay only $245 for members and $345 for non-members).  Fee for spouse from the same property remains the same - $70.  Full refunds if the course is cancelled (i.e., less than 15 registrants).  No refunds after August 15, but substitution of a replacement student is allowed.  Lunch on your own both days.
